Penny joins Affiliated Services after spending over 13 years in the insurance industry. She brings extensive experience in outside sales and customer service to the Elite Service team, where she’ll be helping members understand their benefits to make informed healthcare decisions. Penny studied business at Skagit Valley College.

Penny lives in Moxee, Washington, and has spent most of her life in the Wenatchee area. She is committed to serving her community and has been a member of the local Elks lodge for the last 10 years, where she served as its “Exalted Ruler” for one year. Penny creates custom silk floral arrangements for weddings and other special occasions in her spare time.
